The scope, timing, fees, deliverables, and client responsibilities for an engagement are set out in a written proposal or statement of work. Website descriptions are general information and do not create a service commitment.

Terms of service
These terms govern your use of this website and consulting services agreed with Core Syncpoint.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to relevant stakeholders, documentation, systems, and accurate information. You remain responsible for implementation choices, platform configuration, legal compliance, and business decisions based on our work.
Fees and payment
Fees, applicable Malaysian taxes, invoicing milestones, and payment dates appear in your accepted proposal. Overdue work may be paused after reasonable notice. This website does not process payments.
Intellectual property
Once undisputed fees are paid, you may use engagement-specific deliverables for your internal business purposes. Core Syncpoint retains pre-existing methods, templates, know-how, and general skills, while keeping your confidential information protected.
Confidentiality
Each party will protect non-public information received through an engagement and use it only to perform or receive the services. This does not cover information already public, independently developed, or lawfully obtained elsewhere.
Liability and termination
Either party may terminate under the conditions in the applicable proposal. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected engagement. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and contact
