Refund and cancellation policy

Because our work reserves specialist time and produces tailored analysis, refund decisions reflect the work already committed or completed.

Eligibility and request timeframe

Request cancellation in writing at hello@core-syncpoint.digital. A deposit may be fully refunded when you cancel at least 10 business days before the agreed start date and we have not begun preparation or purchased approved materials or services.

Partial refunds

For later cancellations, we may refund prepaid fees less completed work, non-recoverable commitments, and the deposit portion reasonably covering reserved capacity. We provide an itemised calculation where a partial refund applies.

Non-refundable amounts

Completed workshops, delivered audits or documents, work already started with your approval, non-recoverable third-party costs, and no-shows are not refundable. Deposits become non-refundable within 10 business days of commencement unless the proposal states otherwise.

Rescheduling and no-shows

You may request one workshop reschedule without charge by giving at least three business days' notice. Later changes may incur reasonable rebooking costs. A session missed without notice is treated as delivered, though we will try to offer a shorter recovery call where capacity allows.

Our cancellation

If Core Syncpoint cancels and cannot offer a suitable alternative, we will refund fees paid for undelivered work in full. This does not affect completed deliverables or mutually agreed postponements.

Processing and method

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original bank account or payment method where possible. Your financial institution may require additional time. Exceptions required by Malaysian law or explicitly agreed in writing will apply.
